Thank you for purchasing books and kits from International Wealth $uccess. We want you to know that your order will be handled with both urgency (because you want to hold these tomes in your hand ASAP!) and care (because you want your books to come to you in wonderful condition!).

Physical Book Orders

1. Processing Time: Orders for physical books are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options for physical book orders. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the continental United States, while expedited shipping may take 1-3 business days.
3. International Shipping: We also offer international shipping for physical book orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the chosen shipping method.
4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the shipping destination. Customers can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing their purchase.
5. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Digital Download/Ebook Orders

1. Instant Access: Digital download and ebook orders are available for instant access upon completion of purchase. After the payment is processed successfully, customers will receive a download link via email to access their digital content.
2. Format: Our ebooks are available in various formats compatible with popular e-readers and devices, including PDF and EPUB.
3. Download Limitations: There are no download limitations for digital content purchases. Customers can access their purchased ebooks anytime and from any device.
4. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital content purchases unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible.

Combined Orders (Traditional Books + Digital Downloads)

1. Separate Delivery: If your order includes both physical books and digital downloads, they will be delivered separately. You will receive immediate access to your digital content via email, while your physical books will be shipped according to our standard shipping policy.
2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for combined orders are calculated separately based on the weight of the physical books and the shipping destination.

Additional Information

1. Holiday Shipping: During peak seasons and holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes and carrier delays. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
2. Shipping Restrictions: We may not be able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations. Please check our shipping restrictions before placing your order. Should there be an issue, we will let you know and, if we find that we are unable to ship to you, then we will render a quick and full refund.
3. Order Modifications: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify shipping addresses or cancel orders. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
