Physical Book Returns

  1. Return Period: We accept returns of physical books within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the physical book must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Digital Media/Ebook Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility: Due to the nature of digital media and ebooks, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital content purchases unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible.
  2. File Issues: If you encounter any issues with accessing or downloading your purchased digital media or ebook, please see our handy FAQ page. If you do not find an answer to your issue there, then please contact us for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and provide you with a replacement file if necessary.

Combined Orders (Physical Books + Digital Media/Ebooks)

  1. Partial Refunds: If your order includes both physical books and digital media/ebooks and you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a partial refund for the physical book(s) returned according to our physical book return policy. Digital media/ebooks are non-refundable unless they are defective or inaccessible.

Additional Information

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
  2. Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item(s) or resolving the issue with digital media/ebooks. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
