Welcome to the International Wealth $uccess Affiliate Program! By joining and participating in the IW$ Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling.
1. Enrollment in the IW$ Affiliate Program
To become an affiliate in the IW$ Affiliate Program, you must submit an application through our official website. IW$ reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Applications may be rejected if your website or promotional methods do not align with our values or if we identify any unethical marketing practices.
2. Affiliate Obligations
By joining the IW$ Affiliate Program, you agree to:
- Promote IW$ products and services using ethical marketing strategies.
- Only use promotional materials provided or approved by IW$.
- Not make false or misleading claims about IW$ products or services.
- Ensure your website and content do not contain any unlawful, harmful, or offensive materials.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines.
Failure to meet these obligations may result in termination of your affiliate account.
3. Affiliate Links
Upon acceptance into the IW$ Affiliate Program, you will be provided with unique affiliate links to promote IW$ products and services. You must use these links exclusively for tracking purposes. When users click your affiliate link and make a purchase, you will earn commissions in accordance with our commission structure.
Affiliate links may not be used in unsolicited email marketing or spam.
4. Commissions
Affiliates will earn a percentage of the sales generated through their affiliate links. The exact commission percentage is outlined in the program details and may be updated from time to time.
- Commissions will only be paid on sales that are tracked and reported through our affiliate tracking system.
- If a customer requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted.
- Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided the affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold of $100.
5. Payment
Commissions are paid via PayPal and check. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details to ensure successful payouts. IW$ is not responsible for any delays or failures in payment due to incorrect information provided by the affiliate.
6. Termination
IW$ reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that may harm the reputation of IW$. Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program at any time.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited if the termination was due to a breach of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
IW$ grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our logos, banners, and other promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting IW$ products and services under the affiliate program. You may not modify or alter any of these materials without prior consent from IW$.
All intellectual property rights remain with IW$.
8. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to keep any proprietary information, including but not limited to sales data, affiliate earnings, and personal information of customers, confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties.
9. Liability
IW$ will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with the affiliate program, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
IW$ makes no guarantees regarding the amount of income an affiliate can earn and is not responsible for technical issues, tracking errors, or system failures that may impact affiliate tracking or commissions.
10. Modification of Terms
IW$ reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after modifications have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from the affiliate program shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
