    ATTAIN OPPORTUNITY PAGES : ADVERTISING STANDARDS (2026)

    PURPOSE

    All subscribers to ATTAIN : The IW$ Newsletter, in both print and PDF editions, are entitled to submit one free classified advertisement for consideration in the magazine’s “Opportunity Pages.” The Opportunity Pages exist to connect ATTAIN readers with legitimate opportunities, services, and ideas relevant to a serious business and investing audience.

    The following standards govern all classified advertisements appearing in ATTAIN.

    EDITORIAL POSITION

    ATTAIN is a business and financial magazine read by entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals. Classified advertisements are expected to complement the magazine’s editorial content and to be presented in a clear, professional, and straightforward manner that respects the reader’s time and attention.

    CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING STANDARDS

    All classified advertisements appearing in ATTAIN are evaluated using the following criteria.

    1. Length and Format

    • Maximum length: 75 words or 500 characters, whichever comes first.
    • Ads must be professionally written using clear, plain language.
    • Excessive capitalization, hype-style formatting, symbols, or dense blocks of text are not accepted.
    • Multiple offers within a single ad are not accepted.

    2. Clarity of Offer

    • Advertisements must clearly describe a legitimate product, service, or opportunity.
    • The reader must be able to understand what is being offered without ambiguity, implication, or excessive explanation.
    • Vague descriptions or unclear outcomes are not accepted.

    3. Tone and Presentation

    • Advertising must be appropriate for a sophisticated business and investing readership.
    • Language suggesting guaranteed outcomes, exaggerated claims, or unrealistic results is not accepted.
    • Ads must align with the overall tone and seriousness of ATTAIN : The IW$ Newsletter.

    4. Prohibited Solicitation Formats

    The following formats are not accepted:

    • Mail-in cash requests
    • “Send cash or stamps for more information” offers
    • Similar legacy solicitation methods associated with earlier eras of print advertising

    5. Contact Information

    • Ads must include clear, conventional contact methods such as email, website, or phone.
    • Contact instructions must be straightforward and easy to follow.
    • Confusing, indirect, or unconventional response instructions are not accepted.

    6. Editorial Review and Discretion

    • All classified advertisements are subject to editorial review prior to publication.
    • Submission does not guarantee placement.
    • ATTAIN reserves the sole and final right to accept, decline, edit, remove, or request revisions to any advertisement, at any time, to ensure clarity, consistency, and overall presentation quality.
    • Editorial decisions are final and are not subject to explanation or appeal.
